Kyle Falconer To Release Covers EP

~ Almost pleasant ~

Kyle Falconer is famously known for his role in being a founding member of the seminal indie band The View. Last year, frontman Falconer released a brilliant solo album with the release of ‘No Thank You’.

Kyle is now set to release an EP of his favourite tunes which includes tracks by Fleetwood Mac, Shania Twain and Crowded House.

The EP is titled ‘Almost Pleasant’ and will be released on 8th February with ‘What’s Love Got To Do With It’ (Tina Turner) already available.

Kyle Falconer had the following to say about the track,

I’ve just loved this song since I was a child. I’ve always known that it was partly composed by Graham Lyle who is a fellow Scot and inspired me as a child to write songs myself. I just thought it would be apt for a Scottish vocalist to put a different spin on it. I hope I’ve done it justice.”

What’s Love Got to Do with It? (Tina Turner)
Black Eyes, Blue Tears (Shania Twain)
Go Your Own Way (Fleetwood Mac)
You’ve Got a Friend in Me (Randy Newman)
Four Seasons In One Day (Crowded House)
