AutoPilot release ‘Brain Cell’ single

Brain Cell

Midlands-based band AutoPilot have released their second single ‘Brain Cell’.

Although ‘Brain Cell’ is only the band’s second single, the trio are already releasing anthemic tunes that are sounding fit to ring around stadiums and the fields of England from the festival main stages.

Frontman Jack Schofield had the following say about ‘Brain Cell’:

We’re buzzing to be releasing Brain Cell, and our debut music video to kick off what is bound to be
an eventful year for us.

Brain Cell was written after a particularly messy night out in Sheffield; I lost my phone, jacket and just about everything else. The lyrics cover all of the little lies we tell ourselves as we chase the night into
the early hours. Maybe its true that nothing good ever happens after 2am.

We’ve been amazed to see the reaction this song has got from BBC introducing, not to mention the
response from our fans everytime we play it live. This is the first of many tunes coming this year, and
we can’t wait to show the world what we can do.

‘Brain Cell’ is the follow-up single to  2019’s blistering debut single ‘Glass of Gold’.

AutoPilot, are an Indie-Pop-Rock trio (including Andy Hopkins, formerly The Enemy), Jack Schofield & Chris Lewis. The band blend huge synth hooks guitars, anthemic vocals and to create instantly contagious choruses guaranteed to have the audience singing along after the first listen.

With a sound designed to fill stadiums, and a live performance packed with energy AutoPilot are rapidly building a name for themselves both across the UK. With big support slots (Pigeon DetectivesWhite LiesWe are Scientists and Yonaka) and notable festival appearances (Godiva, Tramlines, Wheels & Fins Festival, The Great Escape, YNOT, The Big Festival) under their belts, they are no strangers to a large stage and have big plans for 2020.
