Editors to release ‘Black Gold’ best of album and announce European tour

Editors have just announced details of their best of album titled ‘Black Gold’ and the band will also be touring Europe in 2020.

‘Black Gold’ is scheduled for release on 25th October, the album will feature thirteen tunes plus three new tracks, these new tracks are ‘Frankenstein’ which was released earlier this year as a stand-alone single, the title track ‘Black Gold’ that became available with today’s announcement and ‘Upside Down’.

All physical pre-orders from the official Editors store come with an exclusive bonus CD titled ‘The Snowfield Demos’. The Snowfield Demos brings together eight songs that were recorded in 2003-4 prior to the band being signed to Kitchenware.

The official Editors store also has an exclusive limited edition 7” box set with all sixteen tracks from Black Gold pressed over 8 x 7”s and housed in their own rigid branded card box.
