Liam Gallagher is finally set to release his MTV Unplugged session on CD, Vinyl and Stream.

The very special acoustic set took place in the stunning venue Hull City Hall and included unheard tracks at the time from his second album ‘Why Me? Why Not’, tracks from ‘As You Were’, classic Oasis tunes and even a cover of Natural Mystic by Bob Marley.

The gig was filmed for MTV and was aired on 27th September, a week after the album’s release. Fans have been crying out for an official release since some bootlegs surfaced and started changing hands for silly money.

Liam Gallagher‘s official release is missing five tracks from the night and has been cut back to ten tunes and the order has also rearranged.

To go with the announcement, Liam Gallagher has shared his acoustic version of the album closer ‘Gone’ which is available to stream now.
